About Artisan Management

Jon is the owner and operator behind Artisan Management. He handles every project personally and is your primary point of contact, from start to finish.

He brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in home construction, spanning new construction, complete gut-and-rebuild projects and renovations of all types, alongside home remodels and general repairs.

Transparency is at the core of the approach. If you need home repairs, Jon will clearly explain what is wrong, what is not, what needs immediate attention and what can wait if your budget is tight.

Our process: Call, text, email or submit the estimate request form. Jon visits the site, walks through the project with you, then types up a complete pricing estimate and sends it over for your review.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Call or text (419) 635-5919, or send an email with your full name, the project address and details about the work you need done. Jon will schedule a time to visit the site, walk through the project with you, then type up a complete pricing estimate and send it to you for your review.

Are you properly insured?

Yes. Our insurance policies are current and meet all licensing and project requirements.

Will you handle the necessary building permits?

Yes. If your project requires a building permit, Jon handles the entire process of obtaining all legal and necessary permits from the county to ensure the job is fully compliant.

Do you renovate basements?

Yes. Basement waterproofing is not offered, but a basement can be completely renovated or finished, from framing and drywall to installing new flooring and even adding a full bathroom.

Can I supply my own materials?

Yes. Working with client-supplied materials is the preferred method, because it gives you complete creative control and can often help reduce the overall project cost. You will be given a detailed list of the materials to purchase.

What areas do you serve?

Northwest Ohio, including Port Clinton, Marblehead, Catawba Island, Castalia, Oak Harbor, Fremont, Tiffin, Willard, Green Springs, Republic, Attica, Findlay, Clyde, Bellevue, Sandusky and Toledo. If you do not see your city, reach out anyway.
